It all started in 2015 with three flavors of jerky in a little market in Oxnard, CA. Our small batch, craft jerky was a hidden gem amongst the locals until one day the owner Mike decided the time had come to share the secret with the world... or at least Southern California. His children shared his vision, and so started the new family business. Today we have eighteen different flavors and are located in hundreds of stores all over California. We're so grateful to our fellow jerky lovers that have been with us since day one, and for all who have hopped on the band wagon since then.
